VeganVita.com strives to always provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team support@veganvita.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Unopened, Sealed and Unused, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item(s) {excludes t-shirts}:
Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including:

2.The name of the affected product(s)
3.Your preference for a refund or replacement
A Customer Service Agent will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please do not discard any items until you have written email direction from a Customer Service Agent.
In order for your refund to be processed, we will need you to:

2. Include the product packing slip or order number. We must have that information to issue a refund.
3. Once we receive the unopened, sealed, and unused item(s), we will promptly issue a refund back to the account from which it was purchased.
Opened product(s) and all t-shirts are NOT returnable and will not be processed or refunded. We will issue a refund to your purchasing credit card within 30 days after we approve your return and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Refund requests must be received within 60 days of the order date or store credit will be offered if the return meets the requirements above. Note: Refunds will be for the item(s) purchase price less shipping charges.
Return Shipping and Processing:
The original shipping box is sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit and damaged items are not accepted. Please return your item(s) in sufficient packaging to avoid damages.
We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, incorrect, etc.). In other cases, you are responsible for return postage costs. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Returns with tracking number shipping methods are preferred. VeganVita.com is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in shipping.
Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or trade any customer information from our site. We will, on occasion, send our customers an email alerting of specials, new products and other things vegan. If you prefer to not receive any information from us, please let us know and we will remove you from our contact list. We take pride to ensure your safe and secure shopping experience.
