What payment methods are available?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. We are unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s.

How do I place an order?
Simply find the product you want and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be taken to the Shopping Cart showing you what is in your cart. You can then either "Checkout" or click on "Keep Shopping".
How do I use the Search function?
Products are displayed that match ALL keywords entered. Partial words
are acceptable. Using FEWER keywords returns LARGER results. Using
MORE keywords returns SMALLER results. Misspellings will not return
accurate results.
How do I create a new customer account?
Create an account on the Order Confirmation page a.k.a. the 'Thank You Page' after you place your first order.
Do I need a customer account to shop here?
No. Feel free to use Guest Checkout. When your first order is completed, you may sign up for a VeganVita.com account on the 'Thank You Page' by providing a site password for faster checkouts on subsequent orders.
Is a handling fee charged?
No.
Is sales tax charged?
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.

What are the shipping charges when purchasing from VeganVita.com?
Shipping is not charged on the basis of order amount, we don't feel that's fair. We simply charge a flat rate based on the amount of your order and ship via FedEx, UPS, or the USPS. The shipping rate selection is the last step of the checkout process before confirming your purchase.
